GAS ENGINE COMPRESSORS PRODUCTS
When conventional artificial lift systems cannot be used, it is still possible to increase the oil and gas flow by increasing the surface pressure and overcome the back pressure at the well-head produces by the flow lines.
A well head compressor unit is comprised of two basic components:
The compressor suck the gas directly from the wellhead, even if at very low pressure, and compress it into the flowline at higher pressure.
The heart of the Compression unit is the 6,5l (400 cu) 8 cylinder a ‘V’ engine that used four cylinders for the compressor and the other four as system motor generating 46HP power.
The motor can be self-sustained by the well produced gas.
The separator separates the dragged fluids (up to 50bpd), the fluids will be automatic discharged into a drain tank or re-injected into the line downstream of the compressor The gas can even be sent into a scrubber for treatment and used for engine power supply and pneumatic system.
The full skid dimension is 1.8 m x 3.7 m with a weight of di 2.7 ton due to this is easy to carry and can be installed even in small area.
